Newsletter

Follow the steps below to synchronize Chat24plus with your newsletter service. Users are subscribed in the following cases: registration form, user update, follow-up message, subscribe message, and email shortcode.

Mailchimp​

Sendinblue​

SendGrid​

  • Get the API key: https://app.sendgrid.com/settings/api_keys.
  • Get the List ID from Marketing > Contacts (https://mc.sendgrid.com/contacts). Open a list, the last part of the URL is the list ID. Example: https://mc.sendgrid.com/contacts/lists/8558c1e7-3c99-4428-a68f-78df2e437f8e (list ID 8558c1e7-3c99-4428-a68f-78df2e437f8e).

Elastic Email​

  • Get the API key: go to Elastic Email Settings > API keys and click Create additional API key.
  • The List ID is the list name. Existing list or segment names must not contain spaces.

Campaign Monitor​

  • Get the API key: go to Account settings > API keys and click Generate API key.
  • Get the List ID: go to List and subscribers, select a list, then click Settings and copy the List API ID.

HubSpot​

  • Get the API key: go to Settings > Integrations > API key.
  • Get the List ID: go to Contacts > List > List details.

Moosend​

  • Get the API key: go to Settings > API key.
  • Get the List ID: go to Audience > Email lists.

GetResponse​

  • Get the List ID: go to Lists > Your list > Settings (https://app.getresponse.com/lists) and copy the List token value.
  • Get the API key: https://app.getresponse.com/api.

ConvertKit​

  • Get the API key: go to Settings > Advanced > API secret.
  • Get the List ID: go to Grow > Landing Pages & Forms, open your form, and copy the numeric part of the URL. Example: ID 3003412 for https://app.convertkit.com/forms/designers/3003412/edit.

ActiveCampaign​

  • Get the API key: go to Account settings > Developer.
  • Get the List ID: go to Lists (or Contacts > Lists), open a list, and copy the listid parameter in the URL. Example: https://schiocco.activehosted.com/app/contacts/?listid=1&status=1 (list ID 1). The final value must be domain:list-ID. For the example above use schiocco:1.

MailerLite​

  • Get the API key: go to Integrations > MailerLite API.
  • Get the List ID: go to Subscribers > Groups, open a group, and copy the group parameter in the URL (e.g. ...group=18783408688903967...).

Mailjet​

  • Get the API key: https://app.mailjet.com/account/apikeys or go to Account settings > Account settings.
  • Get the List ID: go to Contacts > Contacts lists, open your list, and click the ? icon next to the list email to view the ID (e.g. 1202546).
