Zapier

Integrate Zapier with Chat24Plus by following the steps below.
Integration is based on Chat24Plus webhooks — each webhook acts as a Zapier trigger, providing more than 15 Zapier triggers.

Steps to Integrate Zapier​

  1. Go to https://developer.zapier.com/ and log in or register a new account.
  2. Create a new integration by clicking Start a Zapier Integration, or go directly to https://developer.zapier.com/app/new.
    • Fill in all required fields (like name and description).
    • Click Create — the app name will be needed later.
  3. From the left menu, click Triggers, then Add Trigger.
  4. Fill in all required fields (key, description, etc.), and click Save And Continue. You can enter any text you prefer.
  5. At the top, click API Configuration, choose REST Hook as the Trigger Type, and click Save.
  6. Go back to the Settings area of the trigger or visit https://zapier.com/app/zaps and click Create a Zap.
  7. Search for your newly created app by name and select it. In Trigger Event, select your trigger and click Continue.
  8. Copy the Webhook URL, click Continue, and then go to your Chat24Plus admin area.
    • Navigate to Settings > Miscellaneous > Webhooks > URL.
    • Paste the Webhook URL, activate the webhooks, save the settings, and reload Chat24Plus.
  9. Perform an action in Chat24Plus that triggers a webhook (e.g., send a message or create a new user).
    • Then, return to Zapier and click Test Trigger.
    • You should see Chat24Plus webhook data. Click Continue.
  10. (Optional) Click Filters to add a filter so the integration only triggers when a certain variable exists.
    • For example, if your Zap handles messages, set the filter to continue only if the variable message exists.
  11. Click Continue (or the + icon) and add your next integration step.
  12. To use multiple Zaps and webhooks, update Settings > Miscellaneous > Webhooks > URL and add multiple Zap IDs separated by commas.
    • Example:

      Then your final URL should be: 
      https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/10352851/bbad21f,aaaa66t/
