Amazon S3

Upload attachments to your Amazon S3 bucket instead of the server where Chat24plus is installed.

Activation​

  1. Log in to AWS as the root user from https://aws.amazon.com/.
  2. Open the IAM dashboard and click Access management > Users.
  3. Click Add user, enter the username, and continue.
  4. Select Add user to group. In the User groups section click Create group, search for AmazonS3FullAccess, select it, and click Create group.
  5. Assign the new group to the user, continue, then click Create user.
  6. Select the newly created user and open the Security credentials tab.
  7. In the Access keys area, click Create access key and select Application running outside AWS. Continue until you get the keys and save them in Settings > Miscellaneous > Amazon S3.
  8. Visit the Amazon S3 dashboard and click Create bucket.
  9. Set the bucket name and region. Save the region and name in Settings > Miscellaneous > Amazon S3. Check ACLs enabled and Bucket owner preferred. Uncheck Block all public access and all related checkboxes.
  10. Click Create bucket.
