Manage Agents

Manage agents from the Users area.
An agent is a special user that can log in to the admin area and reply to all of the conversations.

There are two types of agents: Agents and Admins.

Admins are the only ones that can create new Agents; they also have access to the settings area. Agents can only manage users and conversations.

If you are using the WordPress version of Chat24Plus, an admin is created on plugin activation with the same user and password of the logged-in user.
