Cron jobs

  • Cron jobs are executed by the first user that visits the website at any given hour of the day.
  • Cron jobs are executed every 60 minutes, but the interval can vary depending on your website traffic.
  • Because cron jobs are initiated by users, if you have fewer than one visitor per minute, execution may take longer. As long as there is at least one active user on the site, execution every minute is guaranteed.
  • You can speed up cron job execution by manually running them via the WEB API or PHP API.
