- If you change the plugin folder name after installation, you must update it in the constant SB_URL inside the config.php file.
- Welcome messages are not sent to Slack, and conversations containing only the welcome message (with no response) are automatically archived.
- Follow-up messages are sent at most once every 24 hours.
- A popup message is always shown by default until the user manually closes it; once closed, it remains closed.
- The Users and Conversations sections in the Chat24Plus admin area use auto-pagination on scroll, limited to 100 results per scroll.
- The privacy message is not shown if the Require registration option is enabled.
